Step 1: First, visit the official homepage of State Bank of India (SBI) and click on the ‘Credit card‘in the navigation bar.
2nd step: Scroll down and find the option ‘Follow the application‘ and ‘Recover the application‘in the page.
Step 3: Now enter the request or the reference number in the space provided and click on ‘Track‘option. (if you have either the application number or the reference number)
Step 4: If you have nothing on hand, click on ‘Recover the application‘option.
Step 5: If you have selected Retrieve application, the applicant will then be prompted to enter their date of birth and PAN card number.
Step 6: Enter the necessary details and click ‘To recover‘option.
Step 7: You will now receive the status of your SBI credit card application. It can be either in progress, approved, put on hold, dispatched or deprecated.
